It has been an honor and privilege to have served you as a director of Capital Farm Credit and the Farm Credit System. I thank you for giving me that opportunity….an opportunity I take very seriously. I believe we serve the stockholder by providing the financial services you need to be successful and to see that Capital Farm Credit is a premier Ag Lender.

I pledge to you that I will be a passionate advocate for your Ag interests.  I bring the following experience and service to the board:

• Currently the Vice Chairman of Capital Farm Credit Board of Directors
• Chairman of the Capital Farm Credit Audit Committee for 8 years
• Member of the Executive Committee and the Risk Oversight Committee
• I participated in the Farm Credit fly-in to Washington DC to lobby our legislators, advocating for the best interests of our stockholders and industry.

I managed my own farming and stocker cattle operation at Stratford, TX in Sherman County for 40 years along with a commercial cow calf operation in northeast Oklahoma for 5 years. I now reside in New Braunfels, TX with my wife Nancy and continue to run stocker cattle in Sherman County and work in real estate development with my son. I am a second generation Farm Credit Stockholder. Nancy and I have two children and four wonderful grandchildren, family has very recently brought us to the Hill Country.
